What types of posts can I attach the Utilizer Stand-Off Bracket to?
- T-Posts — Fits both 1.25# and 1.33# sizes, no matter which direction they’re facing.
- Pipe — Works on pipes up to 2″ diameter, vertical or horizontal (including most chain-link posts).
- Larger Pipes — For pipes over 2″, brackets can be welded directly or attached with self-drilling screws.
- Wood, Vinyl, Trees — Easily attach using wood screws.
What types of electric fence wire can I use?
- Polywire
- Polyrope
- Polybraid
- All sizes of Polytape
- All sizes of High-Tensile Wire
With the Utilizer Stand-Off Bracket, you can offset any type of electric fence wire!
Can it be used with wire cattle panels?
- Yes!
- Works great with wire cattle panels of all sizes. It can even be bolted directly to the panel itself!
Also attaches directly to chain-link fencing.
Do you make a stand-off bracket for pipe larger than 2"?
- Not at this time.
For larger pipes, brackets can be welded or secured with self-drilling metal screws.
What material do you recommend for the offset rod?
- We recommend fiberglass offsets —
However, you can use any pigtail offset you prefer or have on hand!
What is the recommended spacing between brackets?
- Depends on wire type and terrain:
